Come Meet Us: Blu Festival Round Up 2024

image

There’s nothing quite like a festival. Surrounded by great music, food and friends, each one is a chance to soak up the good vibes and cleanse the soul.

The UK has a diary packed with good festivals. We’re known for throwing some pretty epic parties too, making festivals a significant part of our culture.

Will we be seeing you at any events this summer? Check out the list of festivals we’ll be attending this year, below:

Bournemouth 7s: 24th - 26th May

Found in East Parley, Christchurch, Bournemouth 7s is the UK’s largest sporting and music festival, featuring both sporting competitions and 100 live acts and DJs.

This year, Bournemouth 7s will feature UK chart-topping artists Wilkinson, Rudimental, Joel Corry, and Majestic. We’ll be there for the whole duration, talking all things vaping, music, and sport.

Wychwood: 31st May - 2nd June

Straight after Bournemouth 7s, we’re off to Wychwood Festival in Kent. Offering a variety of entertainment throughout, Wychwood is a comedy, music, arts, and activities festival. Attendees can enjoy delicious street food like pizza, noodles, milkshakes, and even vegan options too.

Headliners for this year include Sister Sledge, Texas, The Lightning Seeds, and Ocean Colour Scene. There’s also comedy on offer from Marcus Brigstocke and Andrew Bird.

Gottwood Festival: 13th – 16th June

This low-key festival is nestled deep within the woodlands of a country estate in picturesque Anglesey, Wales. Despite its low-key nature, its lineup is anything but. Focused mostly on electronic music, this year’s Gottwood will feature appearances from the likes of Willow, PBR Streetgang, and even Enzo Siragusa.

Getting to Gottwood is a bit of a challenge, but there are several travel directions available on the festival website. We’ll be there talking all things blu, so make sure you come say hi!

El Dorado: 11th – 14th July

Love dance music? You’ll love El Dorado in Herefordshire. With a relatively small headcount of 12,000 attendees, El Dorado is a festival for true dance music fans. It’s a four-day festival featuring some of the biggest names in dance music, like Boney M.

We’ll be there dancing ‘til we drop to some of the biggest tracks from recent times, just like we did last year.

Beat-Herder: 18th – 21st July

Featuring a wide range of performers, from TikTok-famous singers to electronic DJs and even reggae bands, Beat-Herder has a little something for everyone.

Even better, if roughing it out in the open wild isn’t your vibe, there are glamping options available on site.

Beat-Herder takes place in Sawley, Lancashire, and we’ll be there throughout enjoying some great music from the likes of Bez, Leftfield, and High Contrast.
