Everything You Need to Know

HOW TO DISPOSE OF BLU PRODUCTS

Did you know that vape devices and e-liquids contain various components that can be harmful if not properly disposed of, including lithium-ion batteries?

Responsible disposal options vary depending on the type of blu product or packaging that you are looking to dispose of.

Unsure what your options are?

We’re here to help. We’ve broken down everything that you need to know to dispose of your blu product responsibly below.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF VAPE DEVICES

blu 2.0 devices, blu PRO devices, and blu bars should never be thrown away in your household waste as they contain batteries that can damage the environment if not disposed of properly.

Instead, they should be disposed of responsibly by either a) taking them to your local electrical waste and recycling centre where they will be disposed of responsibly, or b) returning them to us free of charge:

Find your nearest centre

a) Local electrical waste centre

You can take your used vape devices to your local electrical waste and recycling centre where they will be disposed of responsibly.

All household waste and recycling centres have bins for electricals and batteries and some supermarkets, car parks and designated roadside areas also have electrical recycling bins.

You can find your nearest centre at Recycle Your Electricals where you can also read more about Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.

How to return your used vape devices

b) Return them free of charge

Simply package up your used blu device(s), scan the QR code in step 2 or visit blu returns by Royal Mail, fill in your details, add your FREEPOST label and send.

E-LIQUID BOTTLES AND LIQUIDPODS

HOW TO DISPOSE OF EMPTY FLAVOURS

Although made of plastic, the small amount of nicotine left in used blu 2.0 liquidpods and blu PRO e-liquid bottles means that they should never be discarded in household waste.

Instead, they should be disposed of responsibly by either a) taking them to your local electrical waste and recycling centre where they will be disposed of responsibly, or b) returning them to us free of charge.
