With Vape Subscription, you can automatically receive your favourite blu products without having to lift a finger. By setting up Vape Subscription, you only need to place an order once to receive deliveries at arranged intervals for your ease and convenience.

When you set up a vape subscription box, you select the products, the delivery interval, and then provide us with all the information required to process your repeat orders. This is called an order cycle and will be treated as a standing order. We promise to fulfil your order as long as stocks last. It is only under exceptional circumstances that we may be unable to fulfil your order.

All deliveries worth £15 or more will be delivered for free using Royal Mail First Class. Orders worth less than £15 will have a £1.99 shipping fee added, meaning you may prefer to group your subscription orders to avoid paying for delivery. But, this entirely depends on your needs!

You can cancel your Vape Subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account, go to the Vape Subscriptions section and click on the cancel button relating to your Vape Subscription order. Or pause it temporarily then re activate when you’re ready.

Yes, liquid pods can be ordered as part of the vape subscription. You can choose which flavours you’d like as well as the strength and type of pod you’ll receive. Vape subscription is all about making vaping easier for you, meaning that you can tailor your subscription to your exact preferences.

All Vape Subscription orders will be processed and shipped on Thursdays, except for your first order. Your first order will be shipped on the normal schedule based on when you create it. If you order before 1pm it will ship the same day. If you place a Vape Subscription order on a one-week schedule on a Monday at 11 am, your first order would be shipped out on that Monday, but your second order would not be shipped until the following Thursday. Your orders would thereafter be delivered every Thursday until the Vape Subscription is cancelled.

Yes, our blu bar disposable vapes are available under our subscription service. Choosing a disposable subscription ensures that you never run out and are well-stocked at all times.

Vape subscription deliveries take place on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on your preferences. You will receive free delivery as standard on all orders over £15 and managing the intervals of your orders is simple. If you need to amend the schedule or pause the subscription, just log into your account/edit subscription.
