blu wants to hear from you!
At blu, we want to help our customers make the right choice for them – and your product feedback helps everyone do that. Anyone who’s purchased a blu product online can submit reviews. All that we ask is that you follow the guidelines and rules below. We know, we know, rules are boring… but they do help us publish reviews that are worth posting.
How to write a useful review
Provide details on why you liked or disliked the product, not just whether you liked it or not
Try to give the kind of information that you would have liked to know before purchasing it
How does it feel? Was it as expected? etc. Any information that would help you in making a purchasing decision can be very valuable to others
Be honest and sincere. Provided that you have followed the rules (see what to avoid below) we publish every review that we get, positive or negative. Your feedback not only helps other customers make informed decisions, but also helps us develop better products
Keep it to the point. The minimum number of characters is 50
What to avoid?
As we like reviews to only focus on the product, we don’t display reviews which contain the following content:
Reviews should only be about blu branded products
We welcome your feedback here but if you need help with your product or order, please contact our customer services
Promotion and Pricing – as promotions and pricing in retail stores and on other websites are controlled by the specific retailer, prices may differ and often change; we don’t publish reviews that discuss pricing or promotions of other retailers
Inappropriate/Offensive Material – swearing, abusive language, defamatory remarks, obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language that may be offensive to other readers, or remarks that are directed at other reviewers
Competitor References and Advertisements – advertisements, ‘spam’ content, promotional material, or references to other products, competitors, offers, or websites
Ambiguous Content – Words that do not make sense to other readers or content written in a foreign language
Personal Information – Names will be published but e-mail addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information or personal data should be avoided
Reviews that are clearly fake
Reviews that reference health claims
