Delivery and order
Our orders are sent via Courier Post. Within your shipment notification email, you will receive a direct link containing your tracking number for Courier Post's delivery site.
If you have an account you can track your order status by logging into your account and clicking on 'check my orders'.
If you have not received your order, please first 'Track your Parcel' on Royal Mail's website.
If the order is still showing as out for delivery after 3 days, then please contact blu Support.
If the order is showing as delivered but you have not received your order, then please first check around your property and check that it has not been delivered to one of your neighbours. Failing that please contact Royal Mail quoting your tracking number and lodge an investigation with them. This needs to be done within 5 days from the status showing as 'delivered'. Please then notify blu support with your Royal Mail case number.
Sorry we cannot currently do this. If you need to ship to multiple locations then please place separate orders.
Sorry we don't currently offer this option. In the meantime, please provide us with a street address for delivery.
Subscription
With Vape Subscription, you can automatically receive your favourite blu products without having to lift a finger. By setting up an Vape subscription, you only need to place an order once to receive deliveries at arranged intervals for your ease and convenience. When you set up an Vape Subscription, you select the products, the delivery interval, and then provide us with all the information required to process your repeat orders. This is called an order cycle and will be treated as a standing order. We promise to fulfil your order as long as stocks last. It is only under exceptional circumstances that we may be unable to fulfil your order.
Vape Subscription is a free service that allows you to order selected items and receive them automatically according to the frequency you select. We also offer a tiered savings system on subscriptions for blu 2.0 liquidpods. Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged in accordance to the shipment schedule you choose. By adding an item to Vape Subscription , you are agreeing to our Vape Subscription policies.
To change the details of a Vape Subscription, go to your Account/Edit Subscription. Click the yellow 'Edit Subscription' button to edit products, frequency, and shipping/billing addresses for Vape Subscription.
All Vape Subscription orders will be processed and shipped on Thursdays, except for your first order. Your first Vape Subscription order will be shipped on the normal schedule based on when you create it. If you ordered before 1pm it will ship the same day. For example, if you place a Vape Subscription order on a one-week schedule on a Monday at 11 am, your first order would be shipped out on that Monday. Your second order would not be shipped until the following Thursday. Your orders would thereafter be delivered every Thursday until the Vape Subscription is cancelled.
