If your device is faulty (for example if it is broken or does not work properly) you will still be entitled to return the product to us even after your 30-day guarantee period has expired in accordance with your statutory rights. Please note, however, that we may request evidence that the product is genuinely faulty.

The blu 30 Day Money Back Guarantee allows you to try a blu device purchased from blu.com/en-GB with complete peace of mind. Should you decide that your blu product isn’t suitable for you, simply contact blu support within 30 days of receiving your device and send it back to us to receive a full refund.
