The following blu devices (PRO and blu 2.0) come with an 8-month warranty and the blu bar comes with a 6-month warranty from date of purchase. If you experience a fault during the warranty period, you may be entitled to an exchange.
This warranty only applies where the device has been used as intended and in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. If the product is used with non-certified products; used for commercial purposes; damaged by wear-and-tear, misuse, abuse or negligence; or accidentally damaged or tampered with, the warranty will be voided. In the event you need to exchange your blu product, please get in touch with blu Support, who'll be happy to help.
Please note that the blu warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
The blu warranty only applies to products purchased directly from the blu website and our certified retailers.
We take quality very seriously. Our blu products are heavily regulated and comply with EU and UK laws.

Yes, to update your email address at any time, sign in to your account, scroll down to the Settings and Support section. Click on one of the tiles and click on settings. Your email can be amended here.
You can update your registered account information at any time. All you need to do is sign into your account, access your account information, edit your address book or view your order history.
