With vape subscription, you can automatically receive your favourite blu products without having to lift a finger. By setting up vape subscription, you only need to place an order once to receive deliveries at arranged frequency for your ease and convenience.

When you set up a vape subscription, you select the products, the delivery frequency, and then provide us with all the information required to process your repeat orders. This is called an order cycle and will be treated as a standing order. We promise to fulfil your order as long as stocks last. It is only under exceptional circumstances that we may be unable to fulfil your order.

All deliveries worth $50 or more will be delivered for free using Courier Post. Orders worth less than $50 will have a shipping fee added yet the amount will depend if you live in a rural or non rural area, meaning you may prefer to group your subscription orders to avoid paying for delivery. But, this entirely depends on your needs!

You can cancel your vape subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account, go to the 'Vape Subscriptions' section and click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button relating to your vape subscription order.

If you wish to change your credit or debit card that we charge for your vape subscription, you will need to cancel your current vape subscription order and then create a new order with your new payment detials.
